1. The Lesson Experience
When you book a session at 34-35 Review Avenue or through our online portal, you're securing a dedicated slot with a professional instructor. We believe in mutual respect for time. Have you ever wondered why consistency matters in jazz? It starts with showing up.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations disrupt the tempo of our curriculum and prevent other students from progressing. We've got a waitlist of eager musicians, so let's keep the flow moving.
2. Intellectual Property
The tabs, theory worksheets, and video techniques we share are the creative property of Stellar Chords. They are for your personal growth. Sharing these proprietary riffs or methods on public forums without a nod to the source? That's out of tune with our ethics.
3. Liability and Gear
While we handle your instruments with the utmost care during private instruction, Stellar Chords isn't liable for incidental damage to personal equipment. We suggest high-quality hardshell cases for those New York subway commutes.
